Woman Standing on Docks

Welcome

I'm glad you're here!  This is a brave step, and you want to pick the right person to walk with you on the journey.

What are you hoping for?

  • Relief from Anxiety
  • Couples Counseling: Communication, Intimacy, Conflict Resolution, Restoration
  • Recovery as an Adult from Childhood Sexual Abuse
  • Recovery from Trauma
  • Guidance through Life Transitions
  • Relationship struggles
  • Coping for Mood Struggles
  • Process Spiritual-Emotional Struggles
  • Relief from Shame
  • Process my Grief

If you are wrestling with Emotional, Spiritual, or Relational Issues,  I can journey with you toward personal growth and freedom in these areas.  There is hope, starting with having someone join you in the process.

I offer a meaningful, relational process that is not just the 10 skills to being a better person, but focuses on transformation from the inside-out.  You can discover greater hope, meaning, and value in your life journey.  I believe in the inherent value of every person.  Whatever we discover and process along the journey, it will be engaged with authenticity and compassion.  Bring your doubts, struggles, shame, any negative emotion, questions...and we will pursue together the pathway toward renewal, strength, and life that you are longing for.

My mission is to walk alongside those who long to be restored,

Offering hope and resources to navigate the journey,

To see hurting, dark places transformed to meaning and beauty,

To inspire a journey forward that embraces life with freedom, authenticity, and love.

To begin this journey, it's just a matter of taking a step, because I will meet you wherever you are.  Some questions you may have will be answered on this website.  You can contact me with additional questions, and if you're ready, you can make the first appointment.

"The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same.  Yet our lessons come from the journey, not the destination."
